Automator open links within email

I have received several emails with several links in them to files online.

They are all from the same source. I'd like to open each email, then open each link within each email, then save each photo to a folder that has the same name as the reference code in the email.

Is this something I can do easily without having to write applescript code? Like by creating a workflow?

Can anyone help? I'm a newbie.

Thanks.

There is a text action in Automator called Extract Data from Text that can be set to collect URLs from text passed to it. And there's a Safari action called Download URLs. So I would think retrieving the files should be relatively easy to achieve using a service or workflow built in Automator. I think the folder-naming part wouldn't be too difficult to figure out, either.
