Mac OS on a Linux PC?

Is it possible and/or practical to download and install a full version of Mac OS onto a Toshiba Satellite laptop with a 1.5g AMD Vision processor and 2g RAM, that is currently running Ubuntu 18 (Linux)?

null-OTHER, Other OS, Toshiba Satellite 1.5g AMD/2g RAM

You cannot get a full version of macOS without access to the Mac App Store found only in an installed macOS. It is also a violation of Apple macOS licensing to run it on non-Apple hardware. That also includes Virtual Machine guests on non-Apple hardware. You do not have enough RAM even without the preceding restrictions.

There are some seemingly-macOS-inspired choices available, depending on your interests and budget. TrueOS, Elementary OS, Deepin, Backslash, Gmac, and prolly a few others. That’ll also mean you’re able to run BSD or Linux on whatever hardware that might support, depending on your choice. But as others have correctly stated, the macOS software licenses all require the use of Apple hardware.
