Missing Demo Songs? Logic X (10.4)

I recently downloaded Logic X (10.4), and have been watching online tutorials to get up to speed.

I'm noticing some differences between my version and what is being shown in the tutorials.

For example, in the Help tab, all tutorials are showing an option to select "Logic Pro Demo Project". That is not an available selection for me. In one of the lessons, it says to open Helena Beats.logicx. When I look in Library > Application Support > Logic > Logic Pro X Demosongs, the only file there is "Colors.logicx".

I believe I've downloaded the entirety of the song library and am wondering if anyone knows why my version is looking/behaving differently than those I see in various videos (especially as it concerns accessing the Helena Beats demo).
