On iOS 12, you have the TV app to view videos.
There's no stand alone Video app (gone a long time ago), use Music app instead.
There is no video app to store video songs from iTunes and loud speaker sound is very small
But loud speaker sound is very low??
Turn it up using the volume control buttons on the left side of the phone while viewing the video. If it isn't loud enough at maximum volume the video is faulty.
Headphones are well heard but loudspeakers have very little noise
