Mojave upgrade & battery

I have a MacBook Pro, early 2015 & just upgraded to OS Mojave 10.14. Now I am being told I need to service my battery. Everything is working ok, for now anyway, but just wondered if anyone else had the same issue.

Thank you for the suggestion. I gave it a try, but still have the "service battery" showing in the battery menu.
