The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

Restriction tab missing from iOS 12

I am unable to delete any apps because the restriction tab is missing from iOS 12, I had the delete apps unhighlighted before I downloaded iOS 12,
