SiriNCService?

Hello,

According to gfxstatus v2.3, a process called SiriNCService forces the rx560x on my 2018 MPB to remain on. I can go into activity monitor and force quit the program and then it switches to the integrated GPU but it will eventually begin running again after I use "Hey Siri". Does anyone know why this occurs?
