Broken Link While Creating Podcasts Connect

Hello,

I am creating a podcast on Podcasts Connect, I already have a podcast host and all. The problem I am having seems to be with Apple site only with the link below.

https://podcastsconnect.apple.com/my-podcasts/new-feed

After logging in as 'Podcast Provider' I must select what I will provide.

"Select the type of content you’d like to offer,"

I click on 'Podcasts Connect', it seems to request the link I provided above. However, it then goes right back to logon screen.

The link looks to show a page request fail link below.

I can verify I am already logged in, because at the top I can see my name, and if I click that I can click 'Sign Out'.

I have reproduced the same error on Windows & Linux machines.
