Can't see child's screentime

All IPhones are upgraded to IOS12. Data is shared, I am set up as parent with both kids set up as children on my account. One child is showing up on Screentime but his Screentime graph is not appearing so I cannot allocate time by specific app. Second child isn't even showing up as a child on my phone to allow me to manage his screentime.

Cannot find an solutions online about this. Should not be this hard.

Another parent recomended that I turn the Screentime off and then on for your child. Both my kid's data showed up when I did that so hopefully, the data should appear. Wifi access should not change the feedback. Kids can change how data is reported back if they can change Apple ID's so I always double check they can't change accounts via the security features.

Hope that helps.

This works, but it loses the data over the past two months I’d been storing on the kids app usage to sit down and discuss limits. This is an important function that is being given lip service by Apple IMHO.

The kids age should setup the restrictions, we should be able to setup a passcode rather than a PIN and TouchID should work with it as well. It would cost approx £20k for a decent security company to try and bypass ScreenTime to allow Apple to lock it down as well.

Am I the only one who thinks this?
