I want to change the registered country/region on my Apple ID

Hi there! I really need someone to help me please. I have moved my country of residence and I wanted to change the registered country/region on my Apple ID payment details. I need your help urgently cause I couldn’t update all my applications. All the versions has been expired. Ive tried many times to change the country but it said that I can’t change the country at this time. I’m hoping Someone can advice me here what to do.
