Flipping the camera on Facetime with new IOS 12.0.1 is not an improvement by any means. Three clicks to flip the camera now instead of the old way of one. What were they thinking? I don't know who came up with this but it was a bad idea. I hope Apple fixes this mistake. Maybe if enough people complain they will.

It is the worst most cumbersome design decision by Apple in a long long time. How does someone not lose his/her job over this? It turns FaceTime from a fun, simple affair into something extremely frustrating.
I have a hard time to switch between the cameras: If I switch from front to back camera the preview picture freezes and I need to disable and enable the camera transmission to get the preview back.
Before the upgrade to iOS 12.0.1 my iPad Mini 2 was running iOS 10. Maybe the big jump was a little to much? I was thinking Apple knows how to update. But I’m very sad to see this kind of errors on a Apple device.
