Inactive iCloud account notices

Google has an Inactive Account Manager that allows you to specify people who will be given access to your account if you do not log in after a set amount of time. For instance, I have it set up so that if I don't log in after 3 months, then my family will be given read-only access to my account. Additionally, I can choose to delete my account outright.

Is there an equivalent feature for iCloud? I'm especially interested in iCloud backups. Can I set it so that if something were to happen to me, people of my choosing could gain access to it?

Write down your appleid , iCloud id , web mail address and respective passwords , if you are using airport express - its base station name and password for isp router - the admin and its password, if iCloud Keychain is set up the iCloud Keychain verification code , the admin name and password for you Mac in a safe place so that family members can access your Mac , even security questions and answers for apple id , the rescue mail address and its password should be written in " diaries " .

Thanks! The ‘Copy’ function doesn’t quite do what I was hoping for. Google accounts can be set to give read rights and notify my spouse and kids if my account isn’t accessed for 3 months - (IE if I die). This iCloud copy function only takes a snapshot of today’s data, not what’s there when I die in the future.
