I want to download macOS Seirra and OS X El Capitan from the App Store but since I am running macOS Mojave it doesn't let me. I need it for some other purposes. Any advice?

You won't be able to download a version older than the one running on your system.
If you don't mind me asking, for what purpose do you need to download macOS Sierra and OS X El Capitan?

Well, for an iso i am creating so I can run these in virtualbox. But I am able to download macOS High sierra. So......I am kind of confused.
Are you sure that running macOS in a Virtualbox is not in violation of the Terms and Conditions or the EULA?
Well.....virtualbox has an option for running macOS in it and I am not going to sell this iso or whatever.
Well, is it still a violation of the terms and conditions because I changing the format or whatever?
