I just got a series4 Apple Watch and after setting up there is an app icon that’s grey with circles and a cross, looks like a target. it doesn’t do anything When clicked on, and can’t be deleted. How do I remove it? thanks.
On the iPhone, go to the Watch app and see if you can find and uninstall it.
If it looks like this it is the settings icon and you need that.
Hi welafever. Tks for your reply. I can’t post photos in this reply.. it’s basically a dark grey circle w concentric circles within it, looks something like a cross-hair.
I’m quite sure it’s not the settings icon.. there is already a settings app in the app dock. It’s something else, looks like an error app or something. It doesn’t do anything or link to any function. It’s just there. When I try to delete the app, it wiggles but there is no “x” option to delete it. Just annoying to see it there :-/

Figured out how to attach a photo! It’s the round icon in the middle.
sweet, that is not settings. that is a reticle of some sort.

Anyway, the icon looks different when seen from the watch app on my iphone.
