Camera & Flash not working

iPhone 8 Plus iOS 12.0.1

i dropped my phone & the screen protector cracked only but for some reason after that, my flash & Back camera will not work at all.

So the back camera & flash work again all of a sudden but there’s a thick green line in the middle of only when I take pictures using the back camera, any ideas on why it’s doing that ?
