How to send diagnostic logs to apple support team?

I have Diagnostic Logs registered in my mobile & it is saying the log is ready to send. But I don't see any option to send. If I click on 'Continue', next window appears 'Exit Diagnostics'. I have no other option than to click on 'Exit Diagnostics'. Then it comes to home screen. But the pop up of 'Send Diagnostics Log to Apple' remains as it is
