FaceTime and iMessage Activation Error

hi,

i need help setting up my imessage and FaceTime, ever time I try to set it up my phone number does not show up on the list and it gives me an error

I see that you're unable to use FaceTime on your iPhone because it's having problems activating, and I'm happy to help.
