my iphone 6 shuts down when the battery is at 100% take ten miniuts to get it back on to it at 10%

My iPhone 6 is shutting down at a 100% battery then when I finally get it to come back on the battery is at 5%

You have until the end of this year to get the battery replaced for $29 (out of warranty). iPhone Battery & Power - Official Apple Support.

In Settings / Battery, what does it say about battery health?
