What is the average on screen time on iOS 12.0.1? I hardly getting max 5 hours on my iPhone X. Is it a software problem?

- Internet use: Up to 12 hours
- Video playback (wireless): Up to 13 hours

A lot will have to do with what you are using it for though. Playing games that use heavy graphics will significantly use more battery power. The brightness settings, notifications, apps using your location, etc. can all affect battery life.
