First, off Roger, you have a crappy way of talking to businesses. We aren't techs so we would not really know about the URL situation. " I shouldn't have to go hunting for them" ummm that is part of your job (if you'd like to be truly helpful). You could have left that part out or simply said: "it would be helpful to have the links in the correct format so that I can resolve your problem faster". I understand you have to reply to bunch a bunch of people, but you just really weren't coming off as a professional.
Anywho did this help? Not really. I have already uploaded 6 different times the correct resolution, but it had never gone through. the px size you gave was from the very first time we uploaded so I'm not really sure why the other times it didn't go through. We shall try this again and hopefully it works.
