Email about freezing my account if I don't login.

I got an email from Apple Security, directed to my email, with a case number and everything. This email looks kinda legit, but because I am parinoid when it comes to emails that ask me to login randomly. I looked up to see if this is a scam (Not to mention that the time is off, it is saying its in the future that the time of the 'case id' was made was 9:24 pm when it is currently 4:41pm) and there are links from a year ago, but I wasn't sure if this is still going on and I figured why not ask "IS THIS A TRUE SCAM?". I still have the email, just to be sure. and I have taken screen shots of it as well to share if I need to make an official report about this. Any kind of information will be great, thanks!

Every time the mails are not suspicious , if you had contacted genuinely with them the mail will be authentic , and the timing changes as its from their server , I am being a member in ASC and can't say more perhaps , if a case is still is going on you can contact them read the mail details on the phone they will guide you .
