Apple watch FaceTime
Does Apple watch has its own FaceTime app? or you just connect iPhone's Facetime to apple watch in case of receiving calls?

Apple Watch does not have it’s own FaceTime app. It uses the FaceTime app on your iPhone. When you receive a FaceTime call, it’ll come up on the watch that you have a call but you will not be able to answer it from the watch itself. You just need to make sure notifications are switched on on your iPhone for FaceTime In Settings > Notifications > FaceTime.
