Having to change passcode every three months
How can I change the requirement on my phone to not ask me to change my passcode every 3 months?

If you have a corporate Exchange account set up on your device, you can't control that. That's a policy being enforced by your employer.
The only way to change that would be to remove the Exchange account from the device entirely. This includes if it's set up in a 3rd party app like Microsoft Outlook for iOS.
