There are a lot of old "Mac Defender" tips in the internet (startup, preferences, safari-files, cache, ...). But in the actual version "advanced" there is a additional hidden app-file in the folder ".dir", which is starting once again after kicking in the activity-monitor:

home/library/Application Support/.dir

Because the running process you can delete it only in sudo-mode by the terminal.

a) Open finder, navigate to "Application Support"

b) Press CMD + Shift + . to unhide all files

c) Open terminal > "cd" and drop the folder in the terminal-window > Return

d) ls > Return (you see the hidden app-file)

e) rm -r Advanced Mac Cleaner.app (or like it is named in your structure)

f) ls (for checking the result)
