fraudulent email

Hello. I received an email from a TMApple Store with sender email noreply@fcps.edu about an [Auto-Renew] - item #5T770PVT5YT, DOC #093837989136 to my previous Apple ID email. It was charging $126.70 for a Pandora Premium Family Plan (12 month). The email seemed weird because of the TMApple Store since when I purchase something it just says Apple. Also there were some differences in the mail when I compared it to a real Apple receipt. I checked my bank account and no purchase was registered nor on my apple account/subscriptions. I did not pressed on any of the hyperlinks on the email on my phone. Is there a way to start an investigation with apple? Is my ID hacked?
