Screen Time is showing a removed device

I only have one iPhone and one iPad, but I have an additional iPhone listed without any Screen Time data. I’ve changed my Apple ID password as this was recommended to get rid of old devices in Messages Text Forwarding. That worked, but the Screen Time old device remains. Any ideas on how to remove this extra iPhone? This shows up on my iPad and iPhone, so I’m guessing it’s tied to my AppleID somehow. When I log in to iCloud to manage my devices, I don’t see any extra iPhones. Its a very minor issue, but the fact it’s there bothers me a little. I’ll learn to ignore it but any help is appreciated. 🙂
