i have an ipad4 running ios 10.3.3. Does anyone know why I cant get the Irlen overlays for it? All the instructions say it is in Display Accommodations if you have ios 10 but i dont have that.

iOS 10.3.3 doesn't have the option of Colour Accommodations in Accessibility. Why not?

Using Dark Mode I am visually impaired and to see my iPad I have to use a dark background with white text. In IOS12 all I had to do was use Smart Invert, and everything inverted, including web pages. Now with IOS13 and Dark Mode I am constantly switching from DM to Smart Invert - back and forth! It’s a mess! It can be black one second, then I get sudden flashes of bright white - blinding! ipad pro 12.9 2021 screen type iPad Pro 12.9 (2021) specs say its screen is mini-led backlight. LED backlighting is for LCD screens. If it is mini-led then it doesn’t need to backlit, right?
