I have lost all the icons and buttons on my macbook pro. I can not open applications or close them. I can not restart the computer, and when I go into the settings, the whole window is filled with black and I also can not close it and do something with it. help, what can it be?

Try restarting in Safe Mode:

If that doesn't work boot into Recovery Mode holding the command-r keys and reinstall Mac OS.
