How to change books serie metadata ?and cover on iPhone?

Hi,

I can change the metadata of title, author, ... expect for books serie. Have you a solution ?

Also, when I change the cover of a book, it doesn't change on my phone or pad...

Working whit Mojave iMac and iOS12 iPhone.

PS: sorry for bad english : it's not my birth language.
