Ever since upgrading to my new iPhone, spotlight search is missing 99% of what I search for. I had to replace an iPad last week and that is working fine with search. How can I force Spotlight on my iPhone to re-index messages search?

I am having a strange behavior where using iOS spotlight search to find a folder and clicking on it launches certain apps and they begin an import. I have seen this behavior with Ulysses and OmniOutliner – I search for a folder or file with spotlight, click on it to simply view it in iOS app Files, and instead it launches one of those apps and starts trying to import it.
Go to settings>Siri & search and turn everything on you want in the search.
How do I reindex iOS Search?
