Can I recover a deleted excel file on my iPhone?

I deleted an excel file from my iPhone that I need. Is there a way to recover the file? I’ve tried data recover, however the softwares aimed at recovery photos. I need to recover an excel file.I was not using WiFi so I’m not able to recover using the cloud. Any suggestions?
