Mobile data stopped working after updating to ios 12

After updating to ios 12 mobile data stopped working. Can't make calls or send texts. When connecting to a website I see the message "Could not activate mobile data network. PDP authentication failure"


Already tried:

Reset network settings

Reboot

Take the sim card and put it back on

Restore to factory settings


Nothing worked so farUser uploaded file
