Cannot make Facetime videos but can receive them

Have a new iPhone 8, (iOs 11.2) and used to be able to FaceTime video with my old 5S but now I can only receive FaceTime video calls but cannot make them. Also under the FaceTime settings it says calls “blocked” but the phone freezes up when I try to click on it to manage the blocked calls list. What is wrong?

Facetime not working I just got an iPhone 7 Plus today and I tried calling a friend and the call went through but as soon as they tried to answer it said facetime unavailable. They tried calling me and it did the same thing. It worked perfectly fine on my iphone 6 but not this one. Facetime audio works but as soon as you try to switch to facetime video, it says facetime unavailable. I've already tried everything listed in the support tabs already.

Phone won’t allow FaceTime calls to go through I got an iPad a month ago and in the last week my phone stopped letting me make FaceTime calls. When I receive a FaceTime and answer, the person that called is unable to see or hear me. When I make the call it never goes through. When I try on my iPad FaceTimes come in and go out just fine.

iOS 12.0 seemed to fix that probkem.
