Powerbeats 3 blinks red and white when connected to a charger

My powerbeats 3 is blinking red and white when i charge it, but when i unplug it, the earphones are completly dead and dont respond at all when i click the power button or try to reset them. no matter what, when unplugged the earphones dont blink at all. I’ve tried everything do you guys have a solution?
