iPhone X Slow-Mo focus and shifting lighting problem

Problem 1: Slow-mo video records fine. However on playback, it appears that the white balance doesn’t stay constant, and thirds of the screen shift the brightness every couple of seconds. If landscape it starts at the top, and shifts down. If Portrait, it’s and the right and shifts left. It does not do this when recording regular video.

Problem 2: this is something I’ve noticed since doing slow mo videos on iPhone 6+, 8+, and X. The autofocus can’t stay focused on what you tap, unless you lock the AF/AE - is that a known issue with no resolution?
