Touch ID and battery issues?

iPhone SE 32gb

OS 12.0.1

After Touch ID issue, by iTunes manage to upgrade OS from 12.0 to 12.0.1 but still Touch ID problem exist. Since Touch ID problem I have noticed that battery doesn’t last for 6hrs in standby mode
