GB crashes 1-3 times before it will keep recording.

We are recording our pastors sermon and GB crashes every attempt until we have clicked record 1-3 more times, then it records the remainder of the sermon.

Loaded out 5k Imac 32 gig ram, fusion 3tb drive 15% full, all software is up to date except for new Mojave because Pro Presenter recommends no update yet.

23 gig ram available, 23% cpu usage.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
