Iphone XS max strange random black spot

Hi got my 2 weeks iphone xs max and im having problem with the black shadowy spot when i use other wallpaper on lockscreen while inputting lock code it moves also when the wallpaper moves. If you look closer it looks like water but its following the balls.and if you ask if i drop my phone in the water nope never.only happening on lock screen kinda annoying
