Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I can’t download anything anymore because it’s asking for card informatio. I specifically took my card off because it charged me multiple times without me knowing. I have payment as none. I reset my phone erased all data. I just can’t download anythin.
See If you can't choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support and/or If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support. You probably need to contact iTunes - Official Apple Support to resolve whatever the problem is.

I’ve tried that as well it let me choose none but still does the same thing when I try to download a app
