Today is the first time I went to use my external DVD since upgrading to Mojave. It's not being recognized in Finder. Does anyone know if it is no longer being supported?
It is listed in System Information under Disc Burning.

Okay. I'm going to try and see if I can get the vendor to assist. I haven't found a firmware update. Apple support states there aren't any known issues, but since it's a 3rd-party device, they can't really offer any more than you've done.

Put a DVD in it, and see if it mounts in the Finder.
As I mentioned, it isn't recognized in Finder. I tried a few different ones.

Unless the DVD drive vendor has a firmware update that you have not installed into the device, you may have an incompatible device after all.
