I need to cancel the Ancestry.com subscription! It goes PayPal and we can’t get it canceled. It’s billing me $20.00 per month and I need it stopped. Please help?

Did you subscribe to it through iTunes? If not, have you been to the web site to access your account and see if you can unsubscribe there? Have you tried contacting Ancestry Support?

If you subscribed through iTunes, it could be billed through PayPal if that is what you have in your Apple ID payment information.
