Can not delete the Feedback App

I deleted the beta program, unenrolled from the Apple website, and I still can not delete the Feedback app. How do I solve this???

iPod touch, iOS 6

You need to follow the instructions you got when you joined the beta program regarding how to remove the beta from your phone and install the shipping version.

Then go to the Beta forum for guidance. Most of the people who post on this general forum have no clue how to unenroll from Beta.
