Quicken Essentials is no longer supported by Quicken but it should run okay. Quicken 2007 runs on Mojave just fine. Even though I use the latest version Quicken Deluxe 2019 I still have Quicken 2007 for my older data files and it’s okay. However, Mojave is the last version of macOS that will support 32 bit apps so no guarantees going forward.

See https://www.quicken.com/personal-finance/quicken-starter-mac-2019. It states El Capitan or later with no explicit mention of Mojave. Ask them.
