For the last few days primarily the photo icon {with a smaller icon of a PC in the upper right] has appeared in my iPad dock. I remove it and it then shows on the screen but also remains in the dock! Sometimes the Safari icon does the same thing. I have now put 7 icons in the dock but this still happens. Why do these icons {Photos and Safari} appear in my dock with a little icon of a PC in the upper right hand corner?

Thanks. That resolved my issue. I never turned Handoff on and do not know why the photo icon continually appeared on my dock and could not be removed---- my other iOS macOS were not using it. Still seems bizarre.
