Weird long number name for iPhone app

I was browsing my iPhone 8 (iOS 12) and found something pretty disturbing

in Settings-ScreenTime-Always allowed

In the non allowed section Choose Apps

there is an app that is a very long number (more than 24 number and ends with dots because there is no more space)

86364341AA3E4....

The icon is blank, non identifiable

User uploaded file

If I go to check among my other apps it doesn't show up

Any idea of what it is?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12.0.1, null

It's not a visibile app but I figured it out eventually!

I tried to save a Safari page as “Add to Home Screen” and

I got another weird number, deleted and the second weird number is gone.

I finally found the first Safari Page as well: not easy to find if you have several apps and it looks exactly like an app and not a Safari page

I already posted a feedback , hoping that Apple will fix this bug.
