If in my setting i turn Apple Music ON I can look up the new song I want to buy, but it takes me to 3 months trial window with no other option. If I turn off Apple Music in my settings option to look for new songs is no longer available it allows me to look only in my own library. Please advise
Apple Music is a subscription service. You cannot buy music from it.
If you want to buy a song or album, use the iTunes Store App, not the Music App.
If you are looking in the "Browse" or "For You" sections of the Music app, then that only lets you see what's in the subscription service and would of course require a subscription to download.
