Unable to Load iPhone Storage Info

My iPhone XS is unable to load the storage info on my phone. I am also unable to access the ”manange storage“ feature right under it. The loading wheel just keeps spinning then stops and nothing happens. My icloud storage is full but i am unable to manage it and upgrade my storage plan. I killed all apps and reset my phone multiple times with no luck. Please help. I’ve only had this phone for 2 weeks!

I believe this is the result of a problem with Apple's iCloud system status.

Check here and wait for the status to return to normal.

Apple has been having iCloud server issues today.
