Flagged emails missing

Since the Mojave upgrade on my MBP 2016 my mac mail flagged emails are missing, I get the flags on the left with a badge count but the folders are empty.

I have rebuilt every mailbox (a few times), re indexed spotlight and cleaned up all my Gmail accounts.

After a rebuild I get one or two flagged emails showing up then they disappear again after a few minutes

Not sure what is going on, any help would be appreciated

Flagged Folder - Mail Application My "Flagged Folder" in Mail Application is not working. On the left sidebar, the Flagged Folder shows that it has 1 item. However, when I clck on the folders, there are over 100 emails, but only about 20 emails that are actually flagged and showing the red flagged. I have two account: one Gmail.com account and one corporate account which uses Google Workgroup, basically a second Google accounts. This Mac has been off for two months. How do I re-index my accounts to get the accurate flagged messages in the flagged messages, only, in the Flagged Folder? Many thanks.

Flags in Mail I have a 2020 MacBook Air running macOS Monterey 12.5, on which I use the Mail app. I have recently archived some messages to "On My Mac" folders from a webmail based service that I accessed via the Mail app. Some of these messages were flagged. I have deleted all the flags from all the messages in all my email accounts, but the Mail app still shows 2 flagged messages in the "Flagged" folder at the top. When I open this folder, it is empty. I have tried Mailbox > Rebuild. There are no flagged emails on the webmail system. I have no idea how to get rid of this "2" notification next to the Flagged folder. Can anyone help?

Re-appearing emails. When I delete emails in Mac Mail, they disappear briefly, then reappear. This started today without making any system changes. I restarted my computer, but the problem remained. I checked the mail on the server, and it behaved correctly. Any thoughts?
