How can I share music on iTunes on my MacBook Pro with my other IOS devices (iPhone X and iPad) that I have burned from my CD collection? I have 2 TB Cloud but can only share music I purchased directly from Apple Store.

Or, how can I transfer music from my MacBook Pro to my iPhone and iPad?

You can Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using iTunes on your computer - Apple Support, or see Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support if you want to be able to share without syncing.
