Moon Complication not updating on Apple Watch 4

Unfortunately I noticed that the Moon complication on infograph face is not updating.

See attached:

At 18:50 it is showing 8:12 13:23 to go (which is obviously wrong) and

At 18:58 it is still showing 8:12 13:23 to go.

At 20:00 it is still showing 8:12 13:23 to go.

Only by changing face and going back to the infograph the complication is updated, but then it freezes again.

Is this a known bug?

Same here. Thx for the change-face-trick by the way. Annoying bug but should be very easy to fix by Apple.
